A furnace that won't light or keeps shutting off needs real diagnosis, not another reset. Every visit includes a carbon monoxide safety check, standard, not an upsell.
Furnace failures in Mule Creek cluster around a handful of parts — ignitors, flame sensors, gas valves, heat exchangers. We test with real equipment, not parts-cannon guessing.

Cracked ignitors and carbon-fouled sensors cause a large share of no-heat calls, usually a same-visit fix.
Gas valve testing confirms the fault before we recommend replacing it.
A cracked heat exchanger can leak combustion byproducts into the airflow — we inspect with a scope and analyzer rather than assuming based on age.
We test both before condemning the control board.
Older Mule Creek furnaces with standing pilots have their own failure points — thermocouples, pilot orifices, draft issues that newer ignition doesn't have.
We rule out wiring issues first to avoid overcharging for parts you don't need.
